General 

Please read these terms & conditions carefully before using the website, by using the website you confirm your acceptance of these terms and your agreement to comply, if you do not agree with these terms then you cannot legitimately use the website.

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time and with out any kid of prior notice, we therefore recommend you review these terms periodically.

You the model will remain a self employed contractor in your relationship with Love Dolls and therefore are responsible for your own taxes, models have no claim against sick leave, holiday pay, retirement benefits, social security, workers compensation, health or disability benefits, unemployment insurance or employee benefits of any kind, as you are not classed as an employee of Love Dolls.

Love Dolls work in partnership with AWS Affiliate World Systems International Limited (AWS) and each model will need to agree to their company terms and conditions. In order for your application to be successful you must also supply a valid UK ID to us, which will be sent to AWS for verification, once your identification has been approved Love Dolls will no longer store your identification.

If you do not complete the application process or decide to withdraw your application Love Dolls will delete all personal data that has been provided by the model within 30 days of the last contact with the model, or upon the models request to delete it whichever is sooner.

Love Dolls reserve the right to decline any application received without giving reason of any form of notice.

Account

If you wish to apply to become a model you will be asked to supply certain information to your account, but not limited to, your full name, date of birth certificate, phone number, email address & identification documents.

You the model, must be 18 years of age or older at the time of submitting your application to Love Dolls.

This is the minimum legal age to become a model.

When registering as a model with Love Dolls, you the model automatically give consent for us to share your personal information with our third party partner AWS and for our own use.

You the model must follow all network broadcasting rules when broadcasting over the network offered by AWS these rules can be fount in the 'Legal Agreements an privacy" sections on the AWS website. If you fail to follow the network rules your account may be removed from the network without any prior notice from AWS or Love Dolls.

Payment

All payments made to models are calculated and made in pound sterling (GBP)

Models must have access to a UK bank account, this is the only way payments are currently made.

All payments that are made to models are considered commission.

All models are paid weekly with no minimum payment threshold.

We reserve the right to withhold payment if fraud or misuse is suspected.

You the model hold responsibility for the payment information provided to us.

Models are entitled to set their own credit rates on their AWS profile however models do not earn the entire rate indicated on their AWS profile. Models earn 50p for every one credit earned through AW, this includes the operating costs of AWS and Love Dolls. Love Dolls reserve the right to change any models payment rates without prior notice and without reason,

Termination 

We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately without prior notice or liability for any reason whatsoever including but not limited to the model breaching the terms of AWS or Love Dolls.

You the model are free to discontinue your relationship with Love Dolls at anytime but you must notify us of your intention to discontinue via email.

Copyright Notice

All of the content featured on the website and any downloadable or viewable documents, videos or files provided to models remain the property or Love Dolls unless otherwise stated.

Our copyright terms apply to all original work, including training guides and other information products that are obtained from the website or otherwise obtained in any other format.

Contents may not be copied reproduced, modified, published, sold, distributed or displayed without our prior written content.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right at our sole discretion to modify or replace these terms at any time!
